Voice Teleprompter
Paste your script, press the mic, and just talk. The text follows your voice.
Tips & how it works
- iPhone / iPad: use Safari for instant following. Siri & Dictation must be on: Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri (or Siri) → enable, and Settings → General → Keyboard → Enable Dictation. Other iPhone browsers use cloud speech.
- Computer / Android: Chrome and Edge follow instantly with their built-in speech service. Other browsers (Brave, Firefox, Arc…) automatically use cloud speech, which predicts your pace and corrects itself about a second later.
- Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Scripts can be in the native script or romanized (Hinglish etc.).
- Markdown: paste it straight in. **bold**, *italic*, ~~strike~~, lists, > quotes and --- dividers show as formatting for your delivery.
# Headingsshow as section labels, and[cues]and<!-- notes -->are never listened for (notes are hidden). - Flubbed a line? Just re-read the sentence from its start and the prompter follows you back, or tap ↺ Retake. Tap any word to jump there; the ☰ button searches the script and jumps to sections.
- Recording: turn on the camera, press the red button. Takes are saved on this device as you record, so a crash or reload doesn't lose them; the last 3 takes are kept under ☰ → Recent takes.
- Keyboard & clickers: Space mic on/off, PageDown/↓ next line, PageUp/↑ previous line, R record, C camera, +/− text size, M mirror, [/] auto-scroll speed, Esc back. Turn on Clicker mode in settings so a presentation clicker's Esc/F5/blank keys can't exit.
- Privacy: your scripts and recordings stay on your device; nothing is uploaded or stored by this site. Speech is recognized by your browser's built-in service (Google in Chrome, Apple in Safari) or, with cloud speech, by Whisper on Cloudflare: short audio clips plus the last few lines of script you've read are sent to improve accuracy, and are not stored. A Share link contains the whole script, so anyone with the link can read it.
